Payment terms
Payment terms are outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement. Standard terms are:
- Project builds: A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon launch.
- Monthly plans: Billed monthly or annually as agreed. Payments are due on the billing date specified in your agreement.
- Late payments: Accounts more than 14 days overdue may result in services being paused until payment is received.
Client responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, we need your help. You agree to:
- Provide content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Nominate a single point of contact for decisions
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
